Default Looking to pick up 2009 King Quad 450 AXI

600 miles, 2009, 450AXI. $2800.

Comes with winch.
Just using it for helping with house chores, pulling a garden cart, probably get a plow to do my driveway.

Really like the fuel injection and heard nothing but great things about the suspension and for being versatile.
What do you guys think?

Good quad?
Good price?
Anything I should look for?
Thanks,
Moe

Welcome to the forums.

Sounds like a decent price, depending on how it looks in person.

Suzuki's are pretty bulletproof. Will do anything you've mentioned plus some. Seems like a decent price for a very low miles quad. Did the original owner replace the battery? It should have been replaced at least once unless he kept it on a battery tender the whole time. Did you get to do a test drive? A quad that old with such low mileage sat a lot. If I remember rightly that is a CVT transmission quad. Take it for a ride and see if it seems like the belt is making a sound that would suggest it's out of round. Kind of a thumping sound while going. Chattering might describe it too.

Thanks going to look at it on Saturday. Haven't made transaction yet.

I'll make sure I year drive it .

I'll ask about the belt and if I do but it is will probably sit too so I'll be cognizant of it as well .

Thanks

Sounds like a pretty good deal. Its hard to find a machine even a couple years old with mileage that low. I ride more than that in one year. Must have been a hunting only rig. I know some people will buy an atv and only use it for that. I'd hate to just let mine sit all the time and never ride it. The 450 is a solid machine. Should be plenty of power for what you're looking to do. I can imagine you'll want to do some trail riding too. Atvs bought to do work can still be ridden for fun too.
