New to the site. Just picked up a polaris 250 was told it's a 93. I cant seem to find a 17 digit vin number anywhere I have found a 7 digit number on it. Any help with this would be awesome. Also gonna need some mechanical advice as it doesn't run. It fires and turns over but will not fire with starting fluid sprayed in intake.

The 7 digit number should start with a letter, then the next two numbers should be the year model.

Welcome. Not sure on that machine but I've seen the VIN on the frame and engine block.

The 7 digit number has no letters before it. I've looked all over this bike and cannot find any other numbers on it.
