Need a little guidance please

What’s up peoples I am new to this whole quad thing but I’m really having a blast I just recently purchased a 2018 Yamaha Kodiak 450 I’ve had it approximately a year. Went out to the garage to start it the other day and I have absolutely no power to it, I just assumed that the battery was dead so I tried to charge it but the battery would not except a charge so I purchased a new battery and put it in and still absolutely no power at all whatsoever. The display will not even light up The headlights would not even come on I have checked all the fuses that I know of and battery cables I do not know what else to do from there this quad is barely a year old I ride this quad almost every day And I find it weird that all of a sudden I have no power. Can somebody anybody give me some pointers I would greatly appreciate it thanks

Welcome to the forums.

Sounds like you checked the things to look at first. Fuses and making sure all cables and connection are cleaned and tight.

Have you checked the ignition switch?

Definitely take a look over in the Yamaha section here in the forums. Lots of good advice and pointers to help you out.

I have not checked the ignition switch I do not have the means at the moment but I have purchased one I can start the quad by jumping the starter relay solenoid I thought I might need another solenoid but I do not think so because I just have no power at all period not even a click. I have checked every fuse I can find

Welcome. I had the same thought about the power switch that would probably be on the left handlebar near the headlight switch. I had someone switch mine off and didn't see it.
