Idle in a Kawasaki Mule 2500

I have Kawasaki Mule 2500 1993 model and year. The engine will not idle but I can keep it running by use of the accelerator. I rebuilt the carburetor with new parts. Is there a path to the idle needle valve that could be plugged? Is there another explanation?
