Mule doesn't want to pull

I have a 2004 Kawasaki KAF620-G4, 4x2 Mule 3000.
Had a lot of trouble with driven converter. It was bad and mule didn't want to pull.
Replaced the front drive converter, belt and rear driven converter with genuine Kawasaki OEM parts.
It runs fine on flat ground but off in the pastures and mud it won't pull.
I have to lock in both axles and even then it doesn't want to.
Its used primarily for checking on cattle and carrying feed.
Anyone have any ideas?

Belt

Okay, this is an update. In the Kawasaki on-line catalog it says to use a 59011-1077 belt. That's what I got from a Kawasaki dealer and that's whats printed on the belt. But when I checked the deflection on the belt its too much. This belt appears to be too long. Now does anyone have any ideas? Is there a shorter belt? HELP!

Update number 2.
OoooKay. My deepest apologies to the community for my stupidity.

I completely neglected to check the factory, OEM, driven converter I purchased before installing it.
At my wits end, I took it apart and found 5 thick spacers. I was beside myself.
I took all of them out and replaced them with one thin spacer.
I now have 28mm deflection and it looks a hell of a lot better.
I can't believe it was shipped thru Kawasaki that way. I'll know better next time I buy a converter.
