I cant belive that with the release of the P700 there isent any topics about it on here, is it really not worth talking about?? I went to my dealer today and looked at the 700 and he told me that in its stock form it would dust any atv or dirt bike ever made... It took every thing I had to keep from busting out laughing, I just said thats nice and walked off, I want a 700 but i refuse to buy from a dealer that has to lie in order to sell a atv.

Default woah....

I have ridden the Prairie 700.
Impressions are as follows.
Seems to handle a little better than the 650 dunno may be new bike syndrome...
Has power in places the 650 seems to lack ie could be the few cc's it raised.
Still do not like the bronze with the red wished Kawasaki would go back to the Silver on the red as it looked nicer.
DO no like all the plastic up front.
Do not like the new racks as they are too high from the plastic on the bike just begging to snag a branch.
I do however like the bike overall.....
I sent NYROC pics and he has placed them on his site if you want to see one fixed up with PBR goodies...

650 vs 700 in a pull off - shhhhhhhhhhh the 650 won but the rider weighed about a hundred pounds more on the 650. Hehehe he had no idea what happened and I'm not telling. The 700 belt on a 650 does the same as the 360 but looks like it will take more of a beating than the 360 belt. We took his belt off and put it on mine for a run to see what would happen and I gained on the average about 3 - 6 MPH. Also note I noticed his driven clutch seems to shift out a little faster than mine. I borrowed that as well to see the difference between the two. I will look to see when the micro fiche comes out if there is a new spring or possibly a steeper ramp in the driven clutches..

I looked on the kaw website. they have the part's diagram up now the driven clutch and spring are the same as the 650, but the belt and primary spring are from the v-force. don't know the diff in the 650 and v-force primary spring, but the 700 pra. has the v-force part number..........
