Places to ride in Little Rock AR
#2
Go west on Cantrell almost out of town, take a right onto 300. 300 is a curvy state hwy. Stay on it for a while...7 or 8 miles and eventually you will come to a pipeline that crosses the hwy. Parking is a pain, there is a little room there to park but most likely you passed the best parking about 1/4 mile back, so you will have to black top it for a little bit. Miles of trails on the left (south) side of the rode with mud and hills and water (certain times of the year). Some people have it leased for hunting but they don't seem to mind if you dont trash the place and stay out when it is hunting season. Not sure where the trail to the right goes.

Thanks a bunch for the info. Those trails sound like 4x4 trails but i bet i would do fine with my banshee which is what i will have here in little rock. One more question do many people ride those trails and what days of the week would be the best to go so that there will be some people there.

Do not ride on the pipline!!!!!!!!! Just got info this weekend that they are cracking down on the ATV riders that go there. Aparently some riders trashed the place pretty bad. $1500 ticket if you get caught

just saw this, i know its not in little rock, but i go riding with guys from the airbase in Jerusalem, tons of trails and very primitave camping, also in Rosebud, more trails. There are some other places too but i forget the names. as far as directions, i just follow some people, but have GPS coordinates if those would help. I can PM you next time we have a group ride, we have sports and 4x4's.

Is it private of public land? I have also heard of a place north of the interstate on Hwy 7 that has some awesome trail riding.
gsxlim,
There is a ATV park that is on Hwy 70. (Take interstate 30 south and then west on 70) I haven't been there but I hear it is the bee's knees. Have to join the club and pay dues but it sounds like a lot of fun. Also some sand drags on the same hwy.
