I bought a 11 tooth front sprocket for my mojave I have not put it on yet. There is a 12 tooth on it now.Has anybody tried this on a mojave? If so what kind of performance should I expect?I know it will give me more bottom end,but how much will it decrease my top end speed?

Mohave4,
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but most engine builders or mechanics do not reccomend using a countershaft sprocket smaller than a 12 tooth due to the severe angle it puts on the chain resulting in strain on the countershaft itself. If the chain should let go it would likely do so right at the countershaft, resulting in very expensive damage to your cases.
If you haven't installed it yet I would ask your dealer whether he would take it back & give you credit towards a larger rear sprocket to give you the low end you want.
Sorry,

Hot_Shoe,
Your reply is not bad news.Bad news is if I would have put it on before asking the question and caused damage to my engine.
Thanks for your reply.
