Well guy's i am not sure about atv's(never put in a claim) but i know first hand that with snowmobile ins. here in N.Y. if you put in a claim it goes against your automobile ins.I know of a few people who had there auto ins. cancelled because of accident's(claim's) with there sled's or price of ins. went up.What do we pay all this money for if that is the case? It's a pain in the a-- trying to get a new policy because you were just cancelled. Some guy's have had the same ins. company for a long time. You might want to check it out before it happen's to you.

Hey just reading the forums and " funny thing " that I just talked to my insurance company and the Bank( the real owner of our 2 quads ) today, and my insurance company informed me that Homeowners will not cover even if they're in the garage or a fenced in back yard! You have to pay insurance on the quad itself or NOTHING is covered. This also includes your quad riding on the back of your trailer on the way out to ride! Your auto insurance does not cover this either! This is straight from Unigard's mouth!!!!!

Juniorsmojave "The Wife" , I ride a 2002 Kawasaki Lakota ( juiced up of course) and I love it! Insurance is hard to pay these days ($$$$$$$$$) but it is so worth the 2'nd or 3'rd job you have to work! Our insurance rates are now based on our credit, which bites, but unless you and 4,500 of your freinds want to write your local Senator, you have to, and want to pay it! It totally pays off if you get your ride jacked!
