Default Mickey your cdi is working

I spent most of the day at Sandtech watching Skip the owner work on my jetting,He has the top end dialed in,
hit 9400 rpms on the dyno. He is still working on the bottom end, I recieved six pilot jets from the kawie dealer for
Sandtech to play with. I will keep you posted,I will be at dumont saturday, will let you know how it goes.
PS. When Skip uses his dyno he has the big roll up door to his shop open, so within half an hour most everybody in the wherehouses on the same street had to come see what was on the dyno, most people thought it was some kind of race truck. Those Muzzy pipes are something else especially at 9000 rpms.

Being as you were on a dyno, and you've "got the top end dialed in", how much HP was that bad boy making?

The part NO. for the factory kawie pilot jets are 92064-0005, I cant't give you an accurate horsepower rating, the CVT clutching prevents that, the dyno will show a lot less than it actually is. Skip the owner of Sandtech using the WAG method thinks it is some where around 70 HP, we are trying to figure a way out to measure HP will let you know.

Thats correct deerchopper, the first time they drill them to big so it ran real rich on the bottom and wouldn't idle, so I ordered some more and we will try it again.

So how did your V run at Dumont this weekend sincityduner? Mine was tearing up Sand Mountain UT, but not setting any speed records.
