I would be tempted to go, but last time I went somewhere they made fun of my truck. I don't know if I will be over it by this weekend. Plus, that is 5 hours away from me. At least my truck gets really good gas mileage.

Nyroc- Come on I won't make fun of your truck. I will be there Sat and probably could be persuaded to ride on Sun as well.

veeman- Where do you live/ ride in GA. I grew up in Marietta.

OG- I think it will be worth your time to come. There is some fantastic scenery and riding.

The first thing to put on your list should be a hotel room. way to long to live in a tent. I'm only staying 2 nights and i got a hotel room

I live on the north side of allatoona. lots of trails here. I ride a green v-force and drive a black S-10 truck

Is P1 open yet? Last I heard it was closed, forcing everyone from the parking area to take trail 2 to access the system. I wish they would make a parking area north of hwy 116, maybe at the flats.

I don't know if it will be open this weekend or not. Go to their web site and it will tell you. I know they are doing some major renovations on the road, but thats all I know. Are you coming prairie 633?

I was planning on going their Memorial Day Weekend. It is not as crowded and if P1 is widened and resurfaced by then, it should make for a good ride up the mountain. I read that everybody using trail 2 didn't work too well.
