No Brute for me
#1
I had a offer of $ 4500 for my p650. Gave it thought & read all info & I'm keeping p650. I adjusted back shock on my 650 & I'm not selling. The brute doesn't attract me with it's tippeness on off camber.Smoother ride doesn't make up
for instibilty off camber,.5 mph faster is not a draw.I'll keep it. Brushog

Maybe you should wait until Kawasaki ups the cc's to 800 next year. j/k
It's probably better to wait and make sure the Brute doesn't have any flaws. You could always change your mind again down the road.

I just got me a Brute and will have to admitt it takes some getting used to, I've only rode SRA bikes until now and it feels a little scary at first, but I came real close to buying a P700 I like the way the P650 and P700 feel.ride what you like.

I'm still debating on which machine to purchase. I liked my Pairie 650 because I was able to slide the big machine around corners. I do like the sportier feel. The only reason I sold it is because I was laid off and was forced too. This year is a different story.
Does anyone know how the Prairie 650 compares to the 700 in torque and speed? I'm not all about top speed, but I do like pulling power and torque.

I weigh 140 I'm 5'8. The reason I considered buying the Brute was because of the smoother ride on rough trails. My back, neck & knee all are injured.I can't stand up & ride for very long or I will hurt bad. I adjusted my rear shock almost all the way softer. Made a hell of a difference. Should have done it long before now. Really made the bike much better for me. Didn]t take fender or wheel off to remove it. Jacked the back of bike up from rear rack & blocked front wheels. Top bolt nut is hard to get to but by bending plastic up under seat you can get to it.Plastic went rite back with a little effort. I was being beat to death & it rides so much smoother now.I was amazed how much better for me. Brushog
