How do you guy's like your Maxxis bighorn's

Im thinking of selling my mudlites and getting a set of the 26" bighorns. I mostly ride riverbeds(sand) and hardpack trails. Do you think it would be a wise choice ?

From what I've seen and experienced, the Bighorns are darn near bullet proof and do very well in typical traction lacking situations as well as rocky areas. I think it would be a positive choice!

Im a Maxxis Fan! and really like the Big Horn myself! Mostly Because I ride A LOT of rough terrain.. I think If I ran mostly sand and hard pack I would consider a few of the lite trail tires those? Maxxis All-trak's, Ohtsu Radials, And I know there is a lot of guys on the forum that like ITP Holeshot ATRs & Badlands XTR as well! ~coop

I love the BH's they get great traction in just about any kind of riding terrain I can find and they are very smooth..Ive not noticed any of the out of round or balance situations that have been mentioned.

I love the Big H for traction and stuff but there are some people that are having a balance problem with them, look for the thread and read about it. I will bump it up. I'm one of the ones with a problem, we are waiting for them to resolve it. you might want to wait a little and see what the status is.
