I've narrowed it down to these two tires. Which would be the better tire. They will go on ITP c-series 5 wheels. I will run 25x11x12 on the rear if get the XTR's.

 

Tough decision. I have the ATRs and have rode the Badland XTR several times. The Badlands will be going on next time with the 11" in back just like you are wanting. For me the 8" front on the Badland made for a better easier steering tire. Also, the Badlands will do much better in the mud than the ATRS will.
