Start by checking & cleaning your airfilter, airsnorkel/airbox, Inspecting cleaning your plugs and checking plugwire to ensure tight/connected to plug/coil. Be sure no vaccum lines are disconnected from your airbox or carb & your tank vent is working.
Also when you remove carb bowl ensure no sludge is in corners of bowl. If deposits are found you need to also remove your main & pilot jet, soak them in solvent. Clean bowl & and blow out jets and carb openings for jets with an air gun
Was it running good before any changes? Does it run beter on reserve? Backtrack, if you made changes, you need to check plugs after a highspeed throttle chop & jet as applicable.
