upgrade son's kfx 50, it's slow!
My son's KFX 50 is still stock. I took out the restricter in the exhaust, but it isn't much better. Is there anything else to remove that will improve torque and speed, like a spark arrestor, or not? I've been told that an after market exhaust will help take off, but not speed. The bike really struggles climbing slight uphill grades. Any info would really be helpful.

Be sure to post this on the Suzuki forum, as the KFX50 is built by Suzi.

i bought my kids a kfx 50 also. it seems the more they ride it the better it runs. i was really disappointed at first but it is getting better though. hang in there i think your kids will like it the more they ride it.

Get aftermarket exhaust, And check inside the carb, their is a restrictor plate that chokes the carb. and their is a screew in the throttle housing, that controls top speed. turn it all the way out

I dont know about the kawi/suzi's but polaris's has a box on it (sort of like a cd I guess) that if you take it off the thing will do about 45 (this is the 90)
