2006 Brute Force 800?
#1
June is arriving and so are the 2006 models. Does anybody have any news on what Kawasaki will be delivering for 2006?
Bombardier is suppose to release their long awaited Outlander 800 V-Twin (or Mountainer 800). I hope Kawasaki will have at least increase it's Brute Force's displacement to follow the competition and finally equiped it's engine with efi on both IRS and SRA models.
Suzuki and Bombardier are also coming out with new 450 high performance quads. What is up with Kawasaki's 450?

Well I myself am not sure what Kawi has in store. After much time locating and fixing my rear carb. issue on my BF750 I can say that Polaris 800 has nothing for me at this time. Although a superb quad for what they were designed for not much for competition on the flat out drag. Hopefully the other 800's will run like a 800 should. As for now I will just keep smiling as I pass the 800's good bye!!!! Ride fast ride hard... just ride!!!!

Yeah im not too impressed with the polaris 800. Its not even a 800 and the BF I feel has more power. If your gonna put a 800 sticker on it it better be close to a 800. I have raced and beat a few stock 800s and won with my 28 zillas on. Im gonna keep my BF and laugh at the polaris guys as I pass them. As for the 06 models I dont think they are gonna change much.

My local dealer said after he attended some kawie show a few weeks ago that the BF750 was going to be bumped up to 800 (797cc) and EFI. He also said the IRS was going to be slightly adjusted, although he didn't know how. He said there might be a 500 v-twin in either a BF with IRS or prairie with SRA. But.......only time will tell. As for me, I am perfectlly happy with my 750BF and the 700prairie is awesome as well.

If you're looking to translate that to pure speed, BRP claims the Outlander 800 has 28% more rear wheel speed (as measured by Matech Technologie Inc rear wheel dyno) than the Polaris, 25% more than the BruteForce, and 54% more than the King Quad. Any volunteers for some serious drag runs?
