bayou only run's on full choke???
 

2000 bayou with new piston and rings (thanks cycle works) and gaskets.
here's what the problem is, after reinstalling the top end,it only run's in full choke(which the bike did befor but with a sh!@# load of white smoke) got rid of the smoke BUT still only with full choke???WTF

I am thinking timing or somthing in the carb,

Any addvice??

Try spraying 1/4 can of carb cleaner through carb at 3/4 throttle. Inspect/clean/replace your choke plunger/cable assembly.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/img]

Most likely the pilot jet is plugged. Remove the float bowl, and pull out the pilot jet. Look thru it, like looking down a straw..you should be able to see light coming thru. If the deposits are real tough, try pushing it out with a wire. If that doesnt work, get a new jet...about 5 bucks.
