Anyone have any info, or specs on the 06 kawi 450?
Is there even gonna be one?

 

well i don't think it will be a 450.think it will be a 500 efi geared more to xc racing .

 

Don't think you will see one in 06. But Kawasaki has released their new KX450F dirt bike...
This is most likely to be the engine that finds its way into a new Kawi quad

 

I thought we weren't going to see anything until next year......could be wrong.......

 

It's startin' to look like early '06. I didn't think they'd make a 500cc racequad, it would be a bastard.

 

I talked to our rep about a month ago and he said we are gettin the 450 atv but not until mid 06. We were going to get it later this yr but he said that it was equal to the honda and yamaha. They wanted it to totally kill the competition so they pulled it back and did some more mods to it. Full aluminum frame and some other stuff. Looks like the green guys are taking care of us, don't worry. We'll be kickin *** pretty soon. But the suspense is killin me!

 

I wonder if it will be a 5 speed or 6 speed??? You know the new KX450F dirt bike is a 4 speed....

 

Hmm, didn't know the dirt bike was a 4 speed. that's just like wrong...........

 

Well not realy, you never realy use 5th on an mx track. I herd some where that they did away w/5th to save weight.

 

The way its geared.... Its more like they did away with first...................
