Alright... I just got my Prarie 650 a few days ago thought I got a good deal on it and all rode fine yesterday, then today some kids were sitting on it and pushing buttons. Now when I ride and I tride to change from 2wd to 4 wd the monitor is showing 2wd and its not changing... any suggestions.

I see this is your first post, so I'll ask (no offense). Are you riding the bike 5 or 10 feet, then checking to see if 4wd is engaged? To disengage, just push to 2wd and it will shift out right away.

Good deal. Any possibily of needing 4wd on a steep, mud, big rock, whatever, anticipate 10' (which I'm sure you've already figured out).
You have a damn good quad there....have fun.

I have a BF750 and learned that you needed a few feet to engage 4wd the hard way. I allow myself a little room now for the 4wd to engage. Once it's locked in it works great.

Yeah I ve figured it out... thanks.... now I want to know about valve adjustments, I dont need it done as of now, but if the time came. Have you done it before? If so is it very hard to do it yourself. I work as a helicopter mechanic for a living, and do my own work on things. Im just worried that if I get into something like that and end up messing things up, since I ve got no idea how to work on quads. I asked a mechanic and he charges almost 70 bucks an hour for labor. Thats a bunch of bull if you ask me... Let me know what you think.

First thing is to get a service manual. They're pretty straight forward on clearances, sequence, etc. With your background it should be a cakewalk for you. Maintenace on a helicopter is a much critical item than on one of these carts. (I personally do not even think about valves until 2000 miles or so.)
