What Is The Best Kawasaki?
#22
I would say the Prarie 360 as well. That is what I was riding before I just got my King Quad. I loved the Prarie at first but once I got use to it and riding it did not have enough power for me and it weighs 604Lbs the same as the 650cc+ machines so I got myself a King Quad for Christmas because it has IRS, and EFI. The only downfall to the Prarie is that after riding it all day I would be sore now that I have IRS and the same weight I am not nearly as sore after a ride. The Prarie is great but she may outgrow it quickly depending on how much you ride, how quick she learns, and how addicted she gets to riding. Good Luck. You should really have her on these forums doing the research so if the quad she deceides on is not the right one for her you will not be blamed for an expensive mistake.

This is another thought. This is not a Kawasaki but was recommended to me when I was looking into buying another quad. The Wolverine, Yamaha makes it. It is sporty, has 4 wheel drive and 450cc's. I deceided against it because after riding a Honda TRX250EX and getting soaked every time I went through a mud puddle and then riding the Prarie and not getting wet going through mud holes it did not appear to have enough of a front end for me. Again good luck and Happy New Year!

Yamaha Kodiaks have IRS, and it comes in both a 400 and 450 version. If your wife likes the ride of the IRS, but does not want the power of the bigger ATV's this might be a way to go. Not to mention they are alot cheaper than the big bores.

looking at another for Mrs. too...
thinking about another Prairie, or she gets P360 and I go bigger...or other option is just get a Bayou 250???
Does the 250 come in 4x4? Getting the feeling from the Kawi web site that its only 2x and that if I want to get small 4x4, I am looking at another Prairie.
I am to "green" (no pun intended) to say another brand is worse than Kawi' They all have problems. I do like the Kawi' and the Yamaha's. As far as the Polaris, they have a great rep and ride. I know they run hot and break down more with age...one of our group always having issues, he does best maintenance. IF you want to know, go to local bike repair shop and look at their parts catalog. You will find pages of Polaris stuff, whereas, have the amount of parts for the bikes from our frineds over seas...
Sorry, thats just facts.
anyways, better get her a bike soon, seems like a lot of days have gone bye without you two riding!!!!!
