Default Wow I had an interesting dealer experience!!!

Well I am leaving to go into the military soon so I don't really need to find another dealer right now. LOL I hope it doesn't break before march 28 when I leave. I just bought a dyno jet kit for it and am going to dyno it when it gets installed I have spent enough with the kawi needles I want my bike to run right finally. I just won't get to ride it for a while LOL. I may still make a complaint with the cops tommorrow this really just pizzed me off.

I've got their email, can I send them a link of this thread and let them know that over 60,000 atv enthusiast know how they behave. And that's not gonna stand too well with Kawasaki.

I already told them I would let what they did be known. I will also put it in the letter to Kawi.

Yeah I think they are a motorcycle dealer mainly he didn't even know about what the flashing 2-4 wd lights meant and he was telling me I didn't know what I was talking about.

Just a thought---but maybe the local tv news folks would be interested in a story like that. (from a consumer protection kind of angle) I have lived in a couple of areas where the local news folks loved to question sorry business practices like that.

actually I wouldtake it one more step and would allmost certianly make him think about doing this again.
call your local police department file a assault charge on him.
assault= A violent physical or verbal attack.

AThe concluding stage of an attack in which close combat occurs with the enemy.
Law.
An unlawful threat or attempt to do bodily injury to another.
The act or an instance of unlawfully threatening or attempting to injure another
this would surly fix him . people like that don't need to be in this type of bussiness.

I have been thinking about over and over and it really just pizzes me off I think I will go down to the police department and file a complaint. Everyone says he is buddy buddy with all the cops in Ferguson so they may just laugh. I dunno but I will give it a shot. What do you think they will do just write down the complaint and that is it or actually confront him? Yeah the whole getting out of the military and kicking his azz prolly won't work since I have to stay slim and muscular and not big and brawly. I give up over 100 lbs to the guy sooo LOL that probably won't work that way. I guess since I have 20 years on him I will just out wait him HAHA.
