There is no red line on KFX700.
I think you meant to ask, at what rpm does the rev limiter kicks in? KFX700 makes the maximum hp (49.4 PS) at 6000 rpm. So, I'm guessing that the maximum rpm allowed by the igniter is around at 63~500 rpm. By the way, the maximum torques is developed at 5000 rpm though (on stock machine).

You may ask, what is PS?
Originally it came from a German word: Pferdestärke = horse strength. This unit is not widely used in US, but it is still commonly used in Europe, South America and particularly in Japan, especially by the automotive and motorcycle industry (and by Kawasaki). It was adopted throughout continental Europe with designations equivalent to the English "horse power", but mathematically different from the British unit.
Here is the formula to convert, if you care to know:
1 PS = 75 kp·m/s = 735.49875 W = 0.9863201652997627 hp (SAE)

So, 49.4 PS x 0.9863 = 48.7 HP.

I had my 700p on the dyno and with the dyna cdi the rev limiter was about 9700 I think. I know it was right around 10000. Hope it helps.
