Anyhow, those numbers are interesting.

The KING QUAD is almost dead even with the BF 750 on top speed, in fact I've heard some say the King pulls away from the BF 750 at top speed. The BF 750 gets there faster though of course.

proof that the 650i is faster than anything on the market except the bomb 800.
these are eight big bore machines all under the radar gun!
the proofs in the pudding.
u bet thats true lol .thats why us guys in the real world that ride the 750 bute loose aganst everything we race dogs, cats ,slow moveing old cars and yes snailes have bin noin to give the 750i a good run for the money, now back to the planet earth the 650i will not take the 113 cc bigger brute and as for the queen quard never had one get close .and the popo 760 well thats a race just for fun.now the bomb 800 wow thats a race its who ever gets the hole shot .in 300 foot race the 800 is .o9 sec faster and in 500 its .14 faster and after that is all bomb .so lets see a any of the above hold there own aganst the bomb, the 750 dus and dus it well and with just a dynatec cdi we can beat the big bad boy and it makes them very mad just saying it nicely.so lets get back to raceing how maney of you 650i .800 popos kq have beat the brute 750 stock for stock i would realy like the times pics ect IMO.ooooas for the brute being under a radar gun i would say it would run very slow cus the tires dont stop spinning till 50 mphaaaaaaaaaaa so you 800 popos 650i and kq go find some 800 bombs and 750 brutes and beat them up and then get back to me lolo withe times and pics

roofer,
keep in mind those numbers were posted to a laptop by a radar gun, not e.t. at a drag strip. if the kq 700 was that close to the brute force after 10.56 seconds, it could have been running the same speed but three quads behind. similar to going to the track and seeing a guy run a second faster in the quarter with one less mph. a person may think "what the heck?" well, the kq has the hp to get those top speed numbers but not the low end response to launch it off the line.
as for the 650i beating or being indicated as faster than the 750 in three different magazines, it does run 10:1 compession, has cross drilled holes in the gears of the tranny to make it rev up faster and other differences to the engine giving it additional horsepower over other kawi 650 v-twins, prarie 650 700 and 650 sra all fall below the 650i engine power. (humbly i admit the 750 does not- cause i am humble despite my quad being so fast, good looking, great handling, well you get the idea about my humility)

Wow Blackknight that was hard to read proofread before you post!!!

But anyway, In stock form the KQ does lose to the BF 750, but just wait until the KING gets the CDI from VDI it'll be a different machine, VDI claims the King's stock ECU has crippled it electronically so who knows how fast it'll be when it's unrestricted, b/c the BF 750 only has what 50cc more.

That's great news for the KQ owners! I hope they are happy about it. I would be.

Yes, only 50cc's more, but it is also a v-twin.

no it runs 9.1 but is 113 cc smaller and is a very nice atv just not as fast as some would belive the 750i when you get down to the nasty race will win hate to say the but its a fact .both grate atvs as are all but lets just get are heads out the clouds and down to the real stuff magazines are geat for selling stuff .and its just nice to know the 750i brute is not a contender .maybe the 650i can strt beating the 800 p0ps and the bomb 800 now that would b nice

You beat were excited about it, some have been waiting for someone to get rid of the lag ever since like late 2004 when the 05 models came out!! I know the BF 750 is a quite a bit more powerful than the King Quad so I know there'd have to be a lot hidding in the King's motor to get up to that level. Even then the BF with a CDI would definitely be faster. I just can't wait to have all the power I paid for, and never hear "queen quad" again! None of my friends have BF's so it doesn't matter if I'm faster or not!!!
