i have a 08 brute force 750 when it starts it idles rough and go to give it gas and it wants to die have no clue what the problem is any ideas?

 

Is it sputtering only on start up or is it running rough after warming up?...BF's are known to be cold blooded and require the choke to be left on until they warm up...It will let you know when to shut the choke off...My 650 starts right up but I have to leave the choke on for quite a while before it really runs well...If I shut the choke off to soon it back fires through the carbs and generally runs rough or even stalls.

 

certainly could be trash in the fuel
drain fuel
put an inline filter in
if continues, rebuild carbs
the rubbish in the lines

 

Being an 08 it should have FI, I live in Canada and I have to let mine idle for a while before it will run 100%, No big deal!!!
