i have a 2003 kawasaki kfx and i just bought a big gun race pipe full system
will it hurt my motor and anything if i dont jet it i am keep the air box on and everthing else is stock |

It is always best to rejet after an exhaust, they are set most times from the factory a tad lean for emissions and adding an exhaust will lean you out even more and this is bad for the motor! My advice would be to rejet and avoid any damage due to overly lean conditions. Just my 2 cents[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

at least go a full turn richer on your mixture
a pipe swap should always have a airfilter and dyno kit, which includes a new needle bang for the buck is nearly ALWAYS the airfilter+dynojet kit+inline fuel filter |

If you change the head pipe you are changing the back-pressure too much to leave the stock jetting. If you were just doing a slip-on you can get away without jetting. But he head pipe is where the power really comes into play.

and what about my baffle on the stock pipe if I take that Out will I burn my valves up or piston?? dose it give me and extra profomance and power
do any of you know any other tips or trick to get more power and speed or cheap mods I got pipe full I need the jets I have to high flow uni air fillter and 14-40 chain and sprockets. and no braking brake |
