Hot Brute
 

I have a 2005 brute 750 i'm haveing trouble with it getting hot when pulling hills . I put a new 10 inch fan and replaced the coolant and still does it. And also the bike runs lean so not sure if that cause's it or not .

Carb or FI?

Almost always 90+% of heating problems come from cloggd radiators. Best to take them off of the quad and put it on some saw horses and look through and wash through it with a hose.

It has a carb . I have already cleaned the radiator.

Running lean can cause it to run hot. Try cleaning the carburetors out and see what happens.

if it's blowing coolant...try replacing the radiator cap

Did it just start running hot or did it run hot all the time? If it's lean you need to fatten it up a bit.
