What color is the plug burning. Goldish, Blackish smells like gas?

 

kinda goldish color an some blue.real weak spark

 

Record a video and upload it. What cdi only thing that's not been replaced correct?

 

every thing new but the CDI. I think may still be a bad ground.I am about ready to give up.

 

ITS FIXED! found bad ground connection.

Well I have had it..going for a ride today battery dead over nite.charged battery now no spark at plug again..think its time to get rid of this money pit.I bought it 4 months ago $250.I was told no big pboblems.I have spent $750 in parts and it is dead again...I will never get my money back out of this thing.

 

Bet you fouled the plug. I paid 700 for mine. Rims and tires cost me more than that. 2" highlifter kit. New carb. Jet kit. Custom radio. Rear wes ar rear seat lol, but i look at others buying 8000 dollar atv to add or mod for a other 2000 just to do what? Break it? I hand full of plug found out d7ea and d8ea ngk are both same plug one just hotter. So one for low speeds low temp ones for high loads a d high temps. There very expensive toys.

 

left on charger all nite,fired right up this evening.gotta find what drained battery over nite sunday.there is no spark when I touch battery post with battery cable.usually if there is something pullin juice it will spark a little when you put on cable...

 

There has to be a wire pulling battery down. But a bad ground was short it out. Some battery won't take to a charge. Know they new battery are a lot different for marine reason. You will figure it out motor not blowed and trans and axle work. Just wiring issue. If anything resell a good 1000-1800. Since its 4x4
