94 bayou 300 not running right.

94 bayou 300 not running right.
I just got a 94 kawasaki bayou 300 from a guy who said it didn't work. I got it running but I can only drive it with the choke on. When I turn the choke off if I touch the gass at all it dies? And what is the stock setting for the air fuel mix screw?
