1999 Lakota 300- oil mount pin gone
long time lurker! First post
Picked up a 99 Lakota 300. I did an oil change and I was an idiot and threw away the oil mounting pin that holds the filter . Didn’t realize it was stuck to the old oil filter. I installed a new filter and realized something didn’t seem right since the filter was just sitting inside . I ran the quad and everything seems fine .
I assume my only problem is the oil isn’t being diverted through the filter rather it’s just flowing through the chamber and back out.
Where the heck can I find a replacement ?

Not sure of the Lakota's official name, if it is KEF300, the part number is 16156, available from any Kawasaki dealer.
