HELP!!!! 2001 Kawasaki Lakota 300 won’t start
I have a Kawasaki Lakota 300 that I’ve been trying to get running ever since I got it. I’ve tried everything to my knowledge but still no start. Every time I try and start it (I use a wire from positive end of battery straight to starter motor) and it will just crank over forever. I have got a new piston and bored out the cylinder. I have about 90 psi out of the cylinder. And sometimes fuel will pour out of the exhaust but that’s kind of rare. I have no clue what’s wrong and have no idea how to fix it, please any ideas will be much appreciated.

First thing is to check if you are getting a spark at the plug. As you are not using the start button, I guess there must be an electrical fault, and Lakotas are DC ignition, so need battery power to produce a spark. You should get over 90psi on a re-bored cylinder too, but if everything else was right, it should start OK on 90 psi.
