Prairie 650 won't srart
2003 Kawasaki Prairie 650. Sat in shed for last 3 years. I removed gas tank and cleaned. Poured in new gas. No go. I installed new fuel pump. Engine started right up, but I had to keep choke on for engine to keep running. (Now I remember why it has sat in shed for 3 years-ran like crap). Pulled carburetor, took apart everything I could, cleaned, reassembled. Now seems like not getting any gas. it will pop I pour gas into carb. Any ideas? What lets the gas enter carb? Floats bad?

Look at the pilot jet and fuel screw ports for restrictions and make sure they are clean. the fact it runs for a while on choke (likely an enrichener) but not off choke points to a circuit for idle is plugged and not sending fuel. These are often very small holes so it is the first to plug and any restriction has a large effect.
If you let old gas set in the carb for a while this turns into a varnish that is hard to remove so go at it but be patient. I would consider taking just the carb to a shop and have it ultrasonic cleaned and inspected.
