Won't crank
 

220 kawasaki bayou, won't crank replaced solenoid and relay , has power to the solenoid and relay when u push start but power is not going to other connections to make starter crank I can apply power to the other side of solenoid or relay and it will crank. It would not do that with the old solenoid or relay. Any help would be appreciated

run test on the starter push button to make sure it in good working order and signal is getting to solenoid
