My 400 have 1200 kilos ...
When i start, i hear a small noise from the belt and the noise stop after 5 or 10 km/hours .. ???

Someone have the same problem or know what's is it ?

I heard this past weekend some stuff on this... that Kawi has changed or modified some 2002-03. 2001 are solid, there's something else here like your gear shifter is out of adjustment. This symtom on 650 is the engine brake. Do you hear this noise going up hill? Also if the cover of the clutch got damaged or not put on right then the belt will deflect and hit the cover. Pull the clutch cover off and inspect the inside of the cover.
