Beating a dead horse

Okay you guys, I am sorry about bringing up tires again, but please forgive me.
I have been looking at the Bear Claws, and the Holeshot ATRs
What sizes are the Bear Claw 26s? On Chapparal Motorsports, I can only see 26-9-12 and 26-12-12.
Is the radial tire worth the extra money? I have seen Bearclaws for $194, and ATRs for $290. Is it worth the extra hundred? I have heard and read great things about the ATRs.
Anyway, sorry for bringing it up again.

Interesting dilemma. You know radials ride better. But the problem is the tire manufacturers are too stupid to make new tires in anything but 25".
You remember that snickers commercial where the young guy asked for the old lady's phone number. The point was that hunger was impairing his judgement and a snickers would prevent it. I'd like to send some snickerrs to ITP, Maxxis, Goodyear, and Titan.
If there is a valid reason for you to need a sliver more clearance, get the claws. Otherwise, the radial is going to have a better contact patch and better ride.

I remember that commercial...that was the same guy who was buying a polaris 700 last week at my local dealer. Kinda makes you wonder if he shouldn't have gotten a snickers sooner;-)

I would like to believe that the ATR's would work very well in your area of operation(Utah Mtns, right?), BUT those tires are too new to have much "real-world" feed-back on them. I would LOVE to try a set in the Hatfield/McCoy trails!!!! Anyone want to sponser me??????????

LMAO, this is killing me. I am actually eating my breakfast Snickers while browsing this. Good thing I eat them or I may not have ended up with a 650.
Scootdog, I wish they made tires, the peanuts would be good tread and the caramel sticks to everything.
