4x4 Won't Disengage
The 4x4 won't disengage on my fathers 650, no matter what I do. Only has 550 miles. Any ideas?

4x4 Won't Disengage
I think you have a similar problem as people with a 4x4 that won't engage. Some people are telling us that the sensor goes bad due to water. Seems to be what goes bad first. The manual gives a procedure to follow to test it. I am at work and can't look it up.
Maybe someday, a diagnostic tech tip will show up for this in the Nyroc Knowledgebase. I wish I could be more help. Maybe it is the fuse. That motor has to get power to move back to 2x4. Check the handle bar switch first. |
