Sprag won't catch 110cc 4w
I have a Chinese 110cc 4w. I can't get the sprag clutch to engage the motor. I bought new flywheel that had new sprag clutch and it just won't grab. Switched sprag with old flywheel -still nothing. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm at a loss on what to do now!

Are you referring to an E22 Honda clone "pit bike" engine? If so, it will have the chain drive from starter to one way clutch. This consists of three roller bearings being pushed out by spring loaded plungers. These rollers jam in one direction and roll in the other. Almost all problems are caused by the springs getting coil bound. Swap the springs and, if it is possible to get the outer part on backwards, check that you haven't done just that.
