Great Christmas with a new KFX50
#1
My 5 year-old son has been loving the past 2 days, he's spent about 6 hours riding the quad. The little KFX has run great and is perfectly suited for a 5 year old. He did manage to roll it over once yesterday, he turned the wrong way and ran up on to a small pile of logs. Thank heavens he had all of his new gear on as the quad's weight was resting on his shin. The new Fox boots and helmet saved him from narry a scratch. Once I lifted up the quad he said he wanted to try it again, so off he went! We couldn't be happier with our decision to go with the 50, instead of the the 4-TRX90 my ego wanted to buy him. There is no way he could've done as well on the much larger and heavier 90. That's one of the points that many forget about the LT/KFX50, they weigh 75-100lbs less than the electric start 4 stroke Japanese and Chinese knock-offs, which makes them much more user friendly for a 50lb child...

Exact same reason I bought one for my now 5 year old, he only weighs 45 lbs.
Hats off for the good protective gear dad, my son wont even get on his bicycle without his MX helmet, goggles and chest protector.
