Replaced the starter relay, and the battery is good. What do you guys suggest? I can hear the starter relay clicking.

is the engine frozen? pull the plug and try

if you can hear it click I would now check and make sure its getting the power.
if it's getting power then your going to have to pull the starter and make sure its free.
if its free then I would bench test it to see if it spins could be just brushes or the armature is bad if the bike got wet the starter is probably just stuck.

ahhh the old hose in the bike trick,

make sure you have spark, if you have spark, drain the float bowl,if still dont start, hit with starting fluid and see if it starts ( be carful no oil in starting fluid 2 strokes don't like it just a little) if it fires you have a fuel problem if it doesn't its usaully
a weak or no spark or compresion, probably just got some water in it though

reset button is below the right rear fender. The carb might be full of oil from the auto injection. Turn the petcock wide open so the gas will free flow and choke it. That might flush everything out. Also remove the plug and try and start it, this will eject any junk in the cyclinder.
