Hi, i also have a 90cc monsoon that is having some problems.. It has very good spark. it has a new carb so i know its getting gas. i can get it to fire up every once in a wile after i kick my foot off. so that tells me its not the timing. if im getting everything it needs to run how come its not starting?? i have looked at all the wires & they all seem to be okay. im really not understanding this. help pleaseee.. Thank you !

 

But is your plug wet?
I'd do a compression test.
