LT80 front clutch assembly ?
"91" lt80
I'm assembling the front clutch after replacing the starter gear & movabledrive face plate. The key had sheared and ruined the gear & movable drive face plate. I bought it in this condition. Looking at a exploded view of this assembly I see 2 different length spacer sleeves available (16X22X35. &16X22X32.33) . There is also a washer shown (14.5X32X3) that appears to go between the pully faces with the spacer sleeve. When I took it apart this big washer was outside the fixed face with another washer & the nut. I figure this was wrong. The washer is 3mm and that is the difference between the 2 sleeves. I have the long sleeve. My question is, does this big washer even belong in this assembly?
Hope someone can understand what I'm trying to ask. It's kinda hard to explain this.
Thanks YZOtis

The older LT's had the long bushing. I'm unsure of the year they switched. The parts fiche I'm lookingb at says "88-95 models years and showing the washer on the 88's which I know is wrong.
Newer models have the short spacer and the washer.
If no washer was in there, then you don't need it (unless someone was in there and removed it).
I could measure the long spacer if needed.
