Baja 150 won't start

I have a Baja 150 that hasn't been ridden in a month or so. Went to start it up yesterday, and it refuses to start. It cranks hard. It's full of gas. We checked the fuel line, and there is fuel getting to the carb. We checked the spark plug and it's getting spark. But, it just won't start. Any suggestions?

Baja 150 won't start

does it have a electric choke if so thats probably the problem , is it cold there? try just a little starting fluid and see if it starts up, carb cleaner also works if it does then you know its probably the crappy electric chokes.
