200cc ZMC 200cc Loncin Clutch issue, please help
have a 200cc loncin with 4 speed manual, has maybe 4 hours on it. was using it for about 10 mins and all of a sudden the clutch was stuck on, now it is just like it is always on. took off side cover the pin cannot be pushed in at all, so i beleive its just like it is stuck on. Can anyone shed some light on how to fix this. Also how to get the cluch pack off? do you loosen the bolts with the springs on them?

Yes you got it.
once the pressure plate is off the rest of the clutch can also be removed. you may need an impact gun to spin the clutch basket not off if you don't have the tools. On some engines you can just wedge a penny inbetween the main gears to lock up the engine and prevent it from spinning while removing the nut.

hi,
so the only nuts i see are the 4 with the springs on them. are these the ones i start with? Also there is a different part that is on a ger beside it thats protrudes out over one part of the clutch pack, will the clutch just pass by this or does it need to be removed as well and how does it come off?? I dont see any way of removing it?
