The easiest way to pull the body keepers I found is a pair of side cutters. Just slip under the screw like plastic insert and pry up a little , then take a pair of pliers and pull the center part out and then put the side cutters under the other part and pry it out. Remember which panel goes where . it does make a difference when you go to put it back on
