Anybody had this problem? Starts up good, (kick, battery dead) idels good, as soon as you go past 1/4 to 1/2 throttles it cuts out. It seems like as soom as you put a load on it (turn the bars, go up hill) it cuts out. Could the elect choke be stuck? If so how do deal with that, what is going on?

I just cleaned carb, found clogged jets, put new fuel filter and spark plug. Ran great for two or three minutes. When up a small hill and now same symptons. It stalled out on me now it wont even kick start. Any suggestions?
