ASUN 110cc won't start
 

What else can I try?

We have a two month old ASUN 110 and as my daughter was riding it, it acted like it ran out of gas and died. The tank was full, spark plug has been replaced and is sparking fine. My sons exact model has had no problems.

Checked kill switch, compression and have tore the carburetor down twice now.

The engine is firing but won't turn over unless the carburetor is primed with a little bit of gas. We have cleaned every part of the carburetor. What else should we look for? We have already adjusted the needle too. Is it possible the carburetor is faulty, and if so how can I tell?

this might sound silly, but did u pull off the fuel line that goes into the carb and make sure its getting fuel? maybe the line is somehow clogged? just a thought.
