Brake pad won't stay in.
 

I'm having a problem with one of my two Loncine 110 atv's. The inside brake pad (rear brake) keep falling out. I assume it's because I didn't put the shiny clip thing in because I don't know how it goes in. Does in go between the caliper and pad or between the outside pad and the housing. The stationary thing holds it in till the caliper pushes the pad past it.
