Anybody out there have a pdf version of a repair manual for the honda trx90's? I just picked up an almost new 2003 from my wifes cousin and it was not running from sitting to long with bad gas in it. They did not use it much and he told me he has had the carb rebuilt once or twice and he always had trouble with it. I know these are cold blooded but I need to just get this back to the basics. I took the carba part and cleaned it and I was able to get it running but not without chocking and trottleing it. the idle screw was way out and same with the high speed. But without the manual I am just shooting from what i find on the internet. I also want to make sure the valves are adjusted. etc...

Any info at this stage will be appreciated.

 

I think I have one I could send you it sounds like ou need to clean the carb again remove the jets you should be able to see light through them I have rebuilt this carb like 10 times they can be a PIA sometimes let me look in my email

 

Thanks, I actually found one on the honda atv forums. I knew the carb needed a cleaning but I had to adjust the airscrews since they had been played with and adjust the valves as well..

But this thing runs like a champ now still reallyyy cold blooded but great once it warms up.

 

They are a blast and great little four wheelers especially if you widen them out just a little they are extremely stable will take a beaten and keep on ticking my little man drive his in a pond on accident once if you ever need any advice or help shoot me a PM I have rebuilt everything on my sons
