Eton viper mini 70 won't run over idel
 

Had a family member buy the mini 70 eton viper and it has been sitting for two to three years he got two at the time both weren't running. I got on running like a champ the other day but the other after cleaning out the carb will crank up and purr like a kitten but when you try to kill the cloak it dies if you hit the throttle it Boggs down and dies I have broken down the carb three different times and all Jett's are clear and the carb is in great shape but I still can't figure it out. The choke now can be taken down almost all the way about 1/4 choke before it dies. I'm out of ideas thanks in advance for any feed back

Plugged pipe?

Haven't checked the pipe yet I will check it in the morning what is the best way should I pull it off from the block back or just at the muffler itself?

Sometimes there is a screen in the back of the pipe that can be removed and cleaned.
