Can someone give me a few pointers on changing the drive belt on a 2006 Suzuki LT-Z50. I took a real quick look the other night and the clearance I'm used to seeing on a snowmobile does not exist. Does the front clutch need removal? Any vehicle specific info would be great! Thanks.

 

Welcome to the forums.
You take the front outer face off then you can r&r the belt.
If for some reason you cannot get it off the rear (usually a clearance problem if any) simply remove the rear clutch too.

Thanks LT80. I've read I may need a special dealer only tool to remove the front clutch, AKA an air gun! Belts arrived today, bleeding knuckles tomorrow!
